I know — fell off the face of the planet again. But I’m not writing, so don’t really want to post in this LJ, which is supposed to be all about the writing.
However, I’ve had a number of people ask me about the condo, so I thought I’d post some pictures.

Kitchen Looking from dining room toward the kitchen — it really is that tiny. About 5′ x 5′. Again, before I started painting. |

Gold wall I painted one wall in the living room using Ralph Lauren’s metallic gold paint, as well as the entrance way. |

Matching walls I painted the other walls in the living room, as well as the dining room, a matching gold color, Mesa Gold. In most lights, you can’t tell the difference between the golds. (The accent wall is the one on the left.) |

Bedroom colors I did the bedroom in raspberry, with white trim, then used the gold on the molding near the ceiling. (It had been baby shit brown.) |

Door knob Apartment details. The door knobs are everywhere in the apartment — most of the plates are painted, however. Will take a weekend sometime and strip the paint off. |

Dowel covering corner Another detail — there are dowels like this covering the corners of the entrance way. |

Shiny floors Empty rooms (dining room looking toward the living room) with shiny floors! |

Radiator cover They had radiator covers similar to this on all three radiators. |

Lovely redecorating. Could be the previous owners had cats. Radiator covers prevent all the cat toys from disappearing under the radiators, and they provide a handy flat surface for a book and a cup of tea. Congratulations on the new digs!
