Yesterday I was very bad. I got up, took myself to the coffee shop in the snow storm, then signed onto AIM because I was worried about a friend and I wanted to see if she was okay.
Then I proceeded to get trapped chatting, and didn’t end up writing a word.
Today I was much better — was trying to finish that chapter — got about 700 words finished before my head just kind of crashed. But it was a good 700 words and I’m pleased. I didn’t sign onto AIM until *after* I finished my writing as well. Going to have to keep doing that.
And the new novel, JAGUAR AND THE WOLF, is still due to come out on Tuesday May 3rd!
I’m just a little excited about this, can’t you tell? LOL. I ordered a couple of copies from Amazon that have already shipped. Wheee! Yeah, I know, no more caffeine for me.

Hey you! I’m super excited because I got mine last Saturday. *twirls* See: Impending Life Squee in my journal to find out why I haven’t read it yet.
Oh, and I got it at Books A Million if you want to yell at somebody for breaking street date. I also got the new Jim Butcher book that officially comes out May 3rd, so I think they’re just a little naughty all around.

And it’s fine that the books are available early. Makes me happy that you have a copy already. It’s often the case that books are late, so being early isn’t a bad thing at all.
