I was going to do a ranting post about not having the right version of my novel with me. But — I found it! The file hadn’t unzipped correctly from the zip file.
::HUGE sigh of relief::
I did a lot of plotting and some rewriting on the plane this morning. It felt so good to have the brain and the time to do it. Slowly but surely I am reclaiming my life. I am going to *have* a life again, damn it.
I’m in California this week for the day job. I’m giving a presentation tomorrow. I need to run through it a couple more times, just to smooth it out. It’s going to be a long day tomorrow, but a good one.
I’ll try to post tomorrow with stuff from the day job — stuff I can’t talk about until after the keynote speech tomorrow. Because there’s some cool stuff that I’ve been working on, and I’ll finally be able to say something!

Looking forward to tomorrow’s post. Haven’t done much posting myself; life is tough just now.
I didn’t post because it just got too crazy busy at work. And it stayed crazy busy. All week. But the big announcement of the product was made. Visualforce is its name. It was pretty crazy. I’m happy it’s out there.

I’m going to finish off the novel this weekend and send it to the agent next week. Then it’s time to start the new one! And no, no losing novels at all. Ever.
