I’ve finished the marked comments for chapters three and four. I know that I need to do more rewriting, more world-building stuff in chapter four. But I believe chapter three is finished, and I’m probably going to send it to people tomorrow.
I need to start writing chapter six again. However, I need to actually figure out what’s going on in chapter six. There’s a part of me that wonders if I need to write chapters seven and eight first, then come back and finish chapter six, because what happens later is going to inform this chapter so much. I might. We’ll see.
I’m still slightly under the weather. While most of my cold symptoms have gone, and I don’t ache like I was, I still have this lingering sore throat that worries me — like stealth symptoms that are just going to lay in wait until I do something stupid, like go to WFC and have fun, before coming down on me full bore.
I think I’m going to be part of the Broad Universe rapid-fire reading on Saturday at WFC. Pretty much everything else is up in the air. Hope to spend a lot of time just chatting and hanging out.
