    1. We’d love to see you there sometime! I won’t be in town next Thursday, but maybe the one after that. . .

      1. Ugh, I ended up having cramps all afternoon and evening. Didn’t feel like going out when tea-time rolled around 🙁 But soon, when I went before it was fun!

  1. Remedy Teas in Seattle? I doubt we can make it tonight, but is it a semi-regular thing for you to be there on Thursday nights? What is it you do?

Also, hi! I’m Rebecca, one of the three people who came to your reading Sunday afternoon at Norwescon — the petite blonde with crutches. I’m not much of a writer myself, but I think Kelly (the man who was with me) would be very interested in knowing about a local writing group.

    1. Yeap — that’s the place!

It isn’t really a writer’s group, but rather, a regular writer’s date. People meet Thursday evenings and write (or draw.) We may chat a little, but we’re really there to work. For me, it’s a way of making sure that I’m honoring the writing, that I’m doing it regularly. When my life gets insanely busy (as it sometimes does) Thursday tea is sometimes the only way that I get any writing done for a week.

And hi! Welcome! I’m not part of any writer’s groups, and I don’t know any that are currently open. If I hear of one, I’ll post it (or maybe someone else will comment. . .)
