Walking back from the convention tonight I realized I was paying a lot of attention to my breath. One of the things that both yoga and tai chi have helped me with is breathing while moving (I used to hold my breath. A lot.)
I finally realized I was so tired that I was afraid that if I didn’t pay attention to my breathing I’d just stop. It wasn’t that I was doing some kind of aerobics and was having difficulty catching my breath — I was just that tired.
I don’t think I’ve ever been that tired before. Or that tired and still not only upright but required to function.
Tomorrow will be a little lighter for me. Which I’m really, really happy about.
And yes. I think this experience is going into a novel sometime.

almost over. almost over. *hugs*
Today was better. Tomorrow is only half a day. Then fly home. And collapse.
