Day of Reckoning, Week Twelve

Lost more than one pound again this week. In fact, between the last week and this week, I’m now at my goal weight.

YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY!

I didn’t do anything differently the past two weeks. In fact, I was prepared this morning for no weight loss at all, as there were days when I didn’t walk as much.

The main thing that’s different is that I’m now on the correct thyroid medicine again. I figure this is why I can lose weight much more easily now.

I had been thinking that I’d have a couple more weeks to get myself to this point, to figure out what to do next. But I’m here now. What do I do?

I haven’t been tracking my calories the last few weeks. That just got so old. I’m considering doing it for just this week, though, so that I can figure out what the right amount of calories are – not too many so I’m not gaining weight, and not too few either.

It’s supposed to be a nice week, so I’ll be pretty active, lots of mowing and gardening.

I’m also writing from home this morning. I didn’t write yesterday, beyond a little light editing. My sweetie had picked up a bug last week that bit me on Sunday. Feeling much better today. Going to start a new short story. I have two to write before I start the next novel.

But the next novel is going to be so much fun! I’m planning a new urban fantasy trilogy. Have been doing a lot of world building, coming up with a completely new and different magic system. More on that later.

Tell me about your most recent accomplishment! I seem to be on a roll right now – I finished a novel, wrote a short story, and reached my goal weight. I did not, however, reach my word count goal for the week. That always seems to happen during the weeks between novels.
