SO VERY HAPPY.
In other news, during the training walk today my hip kind of went out (at mile 11 of a 16 mile walk.) Muscle relaxants, anti-inflammatories, cold-heat-repeat has helped. I’m a lot better now than I was earlier (when putting any weight on that leg at all sent shooting pains from my back, across my hip, then down my leg to my knee.) I don’t know if it’s sciatica. I do know that I have two compressed discs that sometimes compress a nerve that runs down my leg, all the way to my little toe, and that’s what hurts right now.
Tomorrow I am not going on a training walk. I may or may not have to work on the day job.
I will be starting the next novel.
