Hello there!
It’s September, and the days are hot again. At least it cools down at night. In the next few weeks we’ll start harvesting grapes and apples. Maybe the aronia as well, as they usually ripen around this time.
Had another bear come through last night. Or possibly the same one. Don’t know. Took down both feeders. You’ll see in the picture that he broke the pole on the one. Destroyed the cage around the suet feeder. It’s going to be expensive to replace everything. However, I keep telling myself that this is my entertainment, and this comes out of the entertainment budget. As I no longer go to movies or really go out much, I figure it’ll all work out in the end.

I love fall. Some years, it’s tied for first place in terms of my favorite season, right up there with spring.
As the spring this year was so hard, I’m really leaning into my enjoyment of fall.
Spring and fall are the times when I tend to change things around in my life. It’s always been a time of renewal for me.
I’ve been looking at the space in TH2. I knew I needed to rearrange things. Though I’ve had a desk that I was supposed to use for production, I never used it. I only ever used my writing desk, and quite frankly, I didn’t like that desk too much anymore. It was great for TH1. I needed something different for TH2.
So I am getting rid of my old writing desk. I moved the production desk over to my writing area, so I am now using that desk instead. I will replace the old writing desk with a bookcase instead. That will suit my needs so much better.
Looking at the far corner, I feel as though the space now has room to breathe. It all looks as feels so much better now!
