The Year of Mystery Banner

Last year, when my sweetie and I were planning out the year for my publishing company, I let him know that I had not figured out what I was going to release over the course of the year.

In 2020, I released a novel a month for the most part. There was one month where I released a novel-length collection, but for every other month, I had a novel ready to go.

However, I didn’t write as much in 2020. So I don’t have the backlog of novels that I could publish month over month.

I wanted to publish something every month. I’ve been publishing something once a month, every month, for a little over four years now. It helps in terms of the Amazon algorithms and discoverability.

That was when my husband came up with the brilliant idea of doing the year of mystery.

So every month, I’ll be publishing something that’s a mystery. Sometimes it will be a novel. Most of the time, it will be either a short story or a novella.

Welcome to the year of mystery!
