In a perfect world, I’d be able to report that at this point we were back to normal.

Except that it’s snowing again. Just tiny flakes. The temperature is right at freezing, though, so nothing is melting.

We’ve left the truck at the bottom of the driveway, so at least we’re able to get in and out. One of our neighbors plowed the entire cul-de-sac (!!!!) (He’s a former construction contractor, is retired now, and was bored. It got him out of the house, and he was able to play with his tractor.)

Last week was a vaguely normal week. Got lots of writing done. A little bit of work, though I’m terribly behind. Will start trying to catch up this week, though it’s going to take me a few weeks.

Today I need to get more writing done. I don’t know if I can push and make my word count for the month or not. This morning has not been good, and I need days better than today in order to make it.

Wish me luck.

And on top of everything else, I’ve lost my keys! Tell me about the silliest thing you’ve ever lost or the place that you found it – like looking for the glasses that were already hanging around my neck….
