It’s the first Thursday of the new year! I plan on going to Thursday tea tonight. Anyone else joining me?

I don’t know how long I’ll stay — I’ve been thinking for the last couple of days that I’m coming down with something, and this morning, I really feel that way. However, I’ve completely RUN OUT OF TEA. I MUST go and get some more, and I plan on staying there for a while.

  1. Holy smoot. Did you just say “I may be contagious, who wants to sit with me?”

Ummmm… I’m thinking I’m going. I may bring two cans and a string.

I honestly don’t know if I’m coming down with something or not. The problem is that I have really bad tooth pain, and I went to yoga last night, so I have some aches from that. And I didn’t sleep much last night. So chances are, I don’t have anything — I’m not contagious. If I wasn’t taking my thyroid medicine like a good girl I’d say that I have an exhaustion cold — kind of feels like that. But I’ve been taking my meds, so I’m not sure. . .

There is a chance that I am sick, and I’m taking the precautions for that, but at this point, the jury is still out as to whether or not I’m actually sick. I feel like shit, but I have no other symptoms (I’m not congested, my stomach is fine, etc.)

      • Exhaustion cold. I’ve never heard that, but I know *exactly* what you mean.

It’s a good day for tea, and I *do* want to start the year off with reviewing at Talking Books (and writing), so things are promising.

  2. I’m sick 🙁 But I’m also going to the Skylark to see Cassie’s man’s band, and we’re leaving about when I’d be thinking about making the walk to tea.
